Your notice to CommKal should be sent via e-mail and must be dated within the initial 30-day evaluation period. All e-mail messages must be followed up within 10 days by a written request for refund sent via postal mail or facsimile transmission to the address or fax numbers provided on our contact page.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee that our web servers will be up and running at least 99.5% of the time, or you will get service downtime credit applied to your next month's bill!
Service downtime is any period of time when the server is not serving websites or e-mail for 15 minutes , or longer, and where the downtime was not scheduled in advance for systems maintenance performed during our daily maintenance window of 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Pacific Time.

Limitations:
Uptime is guaranteed only for our servers. For an outage on an individual website, where the server itself was functioning normally, downtime credit is accrued from the time that you notify us of the outage using our Service Call System. Because we cannot monitor each separate website residing on our servers, no credit can be issued if you do not notify us that your website is unreachable.
Service interruptions due to router failure, or failure of equipment not under CommKal's control, do not qualify for credit under this guarantee.
Consecutive hours of downtime credit will be applied to your bill automatically, as these outages are tracked by our systems. To claim non-consecutive downtime credit for the month, you must contact us in writing with a list of dates and times that the downtime occurred. We will need to compare our server logs with your information before a credit can be issued.
CommKal Hosting is responsible only for account hosting fees. We are not responsible for any losses, business or otherwise, that may have been incurred during any downtime.
